Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under the policy and our obligations to you.

Brands.lk always think of your happiness with Brands.lk each time you shop with us. Our goal is always to maintain and improve the standards of living and comfort of every customer who purchases from Brands.lk.

If you are not happy with the online purchase, please read our return policy below to make sure that your items are eligible for return and refund. 

List of items in clothing that cannot be returned - General clothing items including, underwear, lingerie, stockings, socks, and tights or similar intimate items.

When the image does not match the item – In a situation where the product that is received by the customer does not match the published image, the customer should contact the Brands.lk within 48 Hours.

If you received a damaged item – Immediately take a few photographs of the damages and contact our WhatsApp number 0774572111 to assist you further.

When you do not want the Product ordered anymore from Brands.lk – Unfortunately, we do not take back delivered products unless there is a genuine reason to return it. “Change of Mind” or “No Longer Needed” is not considered a genuine reason to return and refund.

Return an item to Brands.lk – The customer has to arrange the logistics to return the product to us for an exchange bearing all the expenses in relation to the delivery of the exchanged product. Exchange will be the same product in different sizes and exchange will not be applicable for different products than the previous purchase. This has to be done within 72 hours of receipt of the product.

If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.  Returns must be in new condition, in the state you received them. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging. The product must include the original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, free items, and accessories or any other additional accessories it came with, etc.

Exchange Policy – For Exchanges, the selected product has to be of a value higher or equal to the value purchased. Also, the product has to be available.

Refunds – We do not facilitate refunds unless otherwise the product is not available or delivered during the stipulated time period. However, you may use it towards any future purchase. 

Replacement Duration - Replacement duration may vary from product to product. However, in the event of a replacement, Brands.lk will communicate the replacement duration through an email or any contact given to Brands.lk

Products/ services under flash deals and special offers are limited-time and limited-stock promotions that once ordered and paid are non-refundable.
